Welcome to our Website.

The purpose of the website is to keep you all informed of what is happening on the Snooker scene in Marlborough. We will provide you with up to date draws and results of our weekly events and any up and coming club and open events.
Most events are usually entered for on the Jailhouse Club notice boards, however, you will also be able to be enter online, which will be more convenient for a lot of people.

The Jailhouse Snooker Hub ( First Lane, Blenheim) has six full size competition tables for your use and enjoyment. Members enjoy 24 hour access.

Come along and have a casual game with other members or bring a friend and encourage them to join our growing club.. If you are a bit more adventurous join one of the weekly competitions.

Throughout the year the club runs Championship events and tournaments for club members which include snooker, billiards and pins, so there is good competition always.

The main tournament of the year is the 'Sunshine Classic' where you will see some of the top players in New Zealand compete. Also the 'Top of the South Open Pairs Tournament' and the 'Bob Henderson Memorial Hcp Tournament' is a chance for the top locals to show their skill.

Marlborough held the Clubs NZ Pairs Championship (2019) and the Clubs NZ South Island Pairs Championship (2019 & 2022) under Clubs of Marlborough. Our new club is now part of N Z Billiards & Snooker Association and the Sunshine Classic was run in 2024 as a ranking tournament for the first time. Besides this event we will host the National Six Ball Red Snooker Final at end of July.

Club Night

Join us on Thursday nights . Come down and join in our six ball red competition or just have some practice. The competition is a good hit out for coming tournaments for all levels.
